1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to the website, dashboard, apps, API, chat widget, integrations and services provided by tuagenteia24.com. Contact tuagenteia24@gmail.com for privacy matters.
We act as controller for account, billing, security and service usage data relating to our customers. When a company uses the Service to communicate with its customers, that company determines the purposes of its conversation and customer data and tuagenteia24.com processes it on the company's behalf. You may also exercise your rights with the company you contacted.
2. Data we process
We may process account and company details; customer names, phone numbers, email addresses and consent records; conversations, attachments, knowledge documents, products, bookings and support data; identifiers, protected tokens and events from voluntarily connected services; technical, security and audit records; and subscription, invoice and payment references. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in full by us.
3. Sources and purposes
Data comes from you, the subscribing company, people who contact an assistant, connected integrations and operational logs. We use it to provide and secure accounts, chat, human support, CRM, bookings, automations, payments and integrations; send operational notices; prevent abuse; maintain backups; comply with law; respond to incidents; and improve reliability. Depending on the context, processing relies on contract, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests that do not override individual rights.
4. Meta, Facebook and WhatsApp
When a company connects WhatsApp through Meta Embedded Signup, we receive its business portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number identifiers and an encrypted access token. Webhooks may provide profile name, phone number, message content and type, interactive replies and delivery, read or error status.
We use this data only to operate the selected channel, manage conversations, provide automated or human replies, perform requested features and record delivery. We do not sell Meta data or use it to build advertising profiles. Processing is also governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. Companies must have a lawful basis to contact people and comply with WhatsApp Business policies.
5. AI, providers and international processing
Content may be sent to configured AI providers to generate replies, classify requests or retrieve company knowledge. We apply minimization and access controls and advise users not to submit unnecessary personal data. Infrastructure, security, email, storage, payment, AI and connected-channel providers process only data needed for their services. These may include Meta/WhatsApp, cloud and email providers, payment processors, OpenAI or DeepSeek depending on enabled features. Some processing may occur outside Peru under applicable contracts and safeguards. We do not sell or rent personal data.
6. Retention and security
We retain data while an account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual, legal, accounting and security duties, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Companies may configure retention for some modules. Backups follow a technical deletion cycle and legal holds prevail until released. Disconnecting an integration disables its token but does not automatically erase lawfully retained conversations.
We use proportionate safeguards including encryption of secrets and sensitive data, role and company-based access controls, stronger authentication, audit logs, tenant isolation, backups and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your rights and deletion
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Email tuagenteia24@gmail.com with your name, relationship to the Service, relevant company or channel and specific request. We may verify identity. See Data deletion for instructions. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
8. Children, cookies and changes
The Service is intended for businesses and people able to contract. We do not knowingly collect children's data without valid authorization. We use necessary cookies for session, security, language and operation; optional technologies are subject to applicable choice and consent. We may update this policy and will publish a new date and provide reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Territorial scope
tuagenteia24.com currently operates commercially from Peru. Its primary data-protection framework is Peru's Law No. 29733 and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS. Occasional access from another country does not mean that we maintain a local establishment or operation there. If we formally target another market, we will publish the applicable regional notice or addendum and comply with mandatory local requirements.
A Peruvian customer using the Service to communicate with people abroad remains responsible for assessing obligations arising from its activities, target audience and international transfers.
