Request deletion
Email tuagenteia24@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include your name, associated email or phone number, the company or assistant you contacted and whether you used Facebook or WhatsApp. Never send passwords, codes or tokens.
Verification and completion
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information to verify identity. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize applicable data and send confirmation. If the data belongs to a customer company, we will coordinate with that company as controller.
The request may cover your profile, Meta/Facebook/WhatsApp identifiers, connection tokens, contacts, conversations and files. You can also disconnect WhatsApp from Assistant > WhatsApp and remove tuagenteia24.com under Facebook Settings and privacy > Settings > Business integrations.
We may temporarily retain information required by law, fraud prevention, disputes or a legal hold. Residual backups are isolated and deleted through their secure lifecycle. We will explain any applicable limitation.
